As CEO of Kevin Mitch Group, Dr. Victoria Okotie is passionate about driving client value. She is admired for her energy, dynamic leadership, and entrepreneurial spirit. Leveraging her extensive global engineering experience in the energy industry, Victoria now leads a technology consulting company that provides data-driven solutions for small and large businesses. Victoria has received several awards, including the Top 50 Women in Houston and distinguished recognition in Nigeria Women Annual: 100 Leading Women. She is also a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success.

Victoria is passionate about using data analytics and business technologies to create and drive value with customized solutions to meet business needs. She is also an Adjunct Faculty at the University of Houston - Victoria teaching graduate courses in Business Analytics. She received her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology, Washington DC. Victoria also holds a Master of Science in Data Science from Texas Tech University and a doctorate in Business Administration, specializing in Strategic Leadership and Innovation from Concordia University Chicago.
