Dr. Victoria’s commitment to excellence has earned her recognition as one of Houston’s Top 50 Women, and she is a proud member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. Beyond her work at Kevin Mitch Group, she has served as Adjunct Faculty at several universities, where she taught graduate courses in Business Analytics and mentored the next generation of leaders.
She holds a BSc. in Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, an MSc. in Data Science from Texas Tech University, and a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) specializing in Strategic Leadership and Innovation from Concordia University Chicago.
