  As Founder and CEO of Kevin Mitch Group, Dr. Victoria Okotie is passionate about helping organizations unlock the full potential of their people, data, and technology. An engineer, data scientist, strategist, and educator, she brings a distinctive blend of technical expertise, strategic leadership, and a deep commitment to developing talent and building high-performing organizations.

With a global background in engineering, operations, analytics, and workforce development within the energy industry, Dr. Okotie leads Kevin Mitch Group in delivering technology solutions, strategic advisory services, and workforce development programs to clients ranging from small businesses and nonprofits to government agencies and Fortune 500 companies.

Her work centers on helping organizations develop their people, transform data into actionable insights, strengthen leadership and teams, and build resilient systems that drive measurable performance and sustainable growth. Guided by a belief that lasting transformation happens when people, strategy, and technology work together, she is committed to helping organizations turn vision into meaningful results.

 Dr. Okotie’s commitment to excellence has earned her recognition as one of Houston’s Top 50 Women, and she is a proud member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. Beyond her work at Kevin Mitch Group, she has served as Adjunct Faculty at several universities, where she taught graduate courses in Business Analytics and mentored the next generation of leaders.

She holds a BSc. in Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, an MSc. in Data Science from Texas Tech University, and a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) specializing in Strategic Leadership and Innovation from Concordia University Chicago.
